Our Salt Lake presence has grown through key acquisitions that make Morgan Stanley at Work a technology leader. The 2019 purchase of Solium brought us a talented team, based in Sandy, Utah, that to pioneered software to help efficiently manage equity compensation. With E*TRADE the next year, we added allowed us to add operations specialists to and further grow our footprint here. 

Morgan Stanley has more than 1,600 Salt Lake employees, who come from diverse backgrounds. They connect clients to private market investments, provide risk management for financial advisors, and more. Our people share pride in the firm’s global reach — and its deep ties to the local community.

At Morgan Stanley, giving back is at the forefront of our culture through our longstanding partnerships with local non-profits and community organizations reflects our this core valuemission. Our Salt Lake team . The largest initiative our local team dedicates time to is enthusiastically supports supporting Camp Kostopulos, which offers recreation, education and growth experiences for young people with disabilities. Our most recent volunteer day brought 59 employees toVolunteers get involved in maintaining the camp and tend flower beds, pull weeds, maintain trails and more at Camp K in the hills just east of the city. 

Another initiative We are also proud to work locally with Tiny Tim’s and the Utah Food Bank to better our community. Using the team’s brings together the firm’s financiale expertise, through  the firm’s foundation and foundation money to help our team we helps develop Morgan Stanley Community Development Graduate Fellows. In visits to our Salt Lake offices, these students gain valuable knowledge about community finance work.
