Amay Hattangadi, CFA, is Co-lead portfolio manager of EM Core strategies on the Emerging Markets Equity team..

Amay has over 25 years of financial services experience.

Amay has earned a Bachelors in Commerce from University of Mumbai. Amay is a member of Chartered Accountants of India and also a member of Chartered Financial Analyst designation. Amay is a non-executive Board Member of Gateway House: Indian Council on Global Relations, a foreign policy think tank based in Mumbai. He is also on the Board of Advisors of WOTR: Watershed Organization Trust a non-profit organization that focuses on creating resilient and sustainable rural communities in India. Previously he was a columnist at the Mint (a business daily in India) where he wrote a monthly column on markets and investing. He was also previously a visiting faculty member at NMIMS’ business school based in Mumbai where he led a course of Behavioral Finance for final year MBA students.
