Biography

Logan Burt is a Managing Director of Morgan Stanley and is based in Houston. Mr. Burt joined Morgan Stanley Capital Partners (MSCP) in New York in 2008 where he focused on investments in the energy sector before joining Morgan Stanley Energy Partners (MSEP) upon its inception as a separate investing team in 2015. Prior to MSCP, he worked at Bear Stearns & Co. Inc.’s Investment Banking Division in New York. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Trinity CO2, a current portfolio company of MSCP, and M.G. Bryan, Catalyst Energy Services, XRI and Specialized Desanders, all current MSEP portfolio companies. He previously served on the Board of Directors of Learning Care Group. Mr. Burt holds a B.S. in Finance and Accounting and an M.B.A. from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
