Biography

Mr. Occi is a Managing Director of Morgan Stanley and a member of the Morgan Stanley Private Credit Team, where he serves as the Chief Executive Officer for Direct Lending and a member of the Investment Committee. Mr. Occi joined Morgan Stanley in 2006 and has also held a variety of roles across Global Capital Markets and Investment Banking, with a focus on covering financial services clients. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley Investment Management in 2022, Mr. Occi was Head of Financial Institutions Equity Capital Markets. Michael graduated magna cum laude from Georgetown University, with a BA in Finance and Accounting.
