Biography
Elena Ciampichetti is the Head of European Non-Financial Research and a research analyst on the Investment Grade Credit team. She joined Morgan Stanley in 2020. She began her career in the investment industry in 1995. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Elena was a Partner at Renshaw Bay LLP in charge of research. Prior to that, she was a Managing Director in Credit Research at The Seaport Group Europe and Head of Credit Research at PVE Capital LLP. Previously, she was Managing Director at Citi in charge of Leveraged Loans Analysis for Europe and Head of Consumer and Basic Industries in Credit Research. Before that, she also worked at Credit Suisse and Merrill Lynch in Credit Research and credit functions. Elena earned an LL.M. in international law from the University of Geneva, Switzerland and a M.A. in international law from the State University of Milan, Italy.
