Jade Huang, CIO of Calvert Research and Management, joined Investment News with Gregg Greenberg to discuss the 20th anniversary of the Calvert Women's Principles, the first gender-based investment principles focused exclusively on advancing, protecting, and investing in women in the workforce. At Calvert, these principles represent a way to evaluate and measure human capital management and helps understand how companies are performing.

"We believe that the women’s principles are as relevant today as they have been in the past. For companies to remain competitive, they really need to tap into a diverse talent pool. We believe at Calvert these principles help evaluate human capital management and help understand how companies are performing ,” said Huang. “All of this is important because it’s financial material and can lead to better long term value creation."
