BackgroundMax Waterous is an Executive Director of Morgan Stanley and is based in New York. Mr. Waterous joined Morgan Stanley in 2013 and has been a member of Morgan Stanley Capital Partners (MSCP) since 2016. He previously worked as an Analyst in the M&A and Natural Resources groups of the Firm’s Investment Banking Division. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of FoodScience, AWT, Comar and Emler Swim School. Mr. Waterous holds a Bachelor of Commerce with First Class Joint Honors in Economics and Finance from McGill University where he received the Sir Edward Beatty Medal. |
