In today’s world, successful careers are fluid and often do not follow a traditional path. At Morgan Stanley, we see great potential in experienced professionals who have taken a career break for one year or more and are now looking to return to the workforce. Morgan Stanley’s Return to Work initiative is an opportunity for you to re-engage. During the 12- or 16-week paid program, participants are placed in businesses that complement their skills and experience. Upon completion of the program, participants may receive an offer of full-time employment.
Application Timeline: Applications for all locations globally open on September 15, 2023 and close on October 30, 2023 for most locations. The specific program dates may vary by city. See below for the specific application deadline for each city.
Program Duration: Return to Work programs will run for 12 to 16 weeks from March 4, 2024 to either May 27 or June 21, 2024. The specific program dates and duration may vary by city.
Eligibility Criteria: This program is designed for individuals who have been out of the workforce for one or more years. The one-year eligibility will be calculated as of March 2024, the projected program start date.
Program Locations: For the 2024 cycle, programs will be offered in Alpharetta, Baltimore, Bengaluru, Budapest, Chicago, Frankfurt, Glasgow, Jersey City, London, Mumbai, New York, Salt Lake City and San Francisco.
